A peek inside my vegan fridge…

If I asked you what vegans typically eat in a day, what would you say?

Let me give you a few seconds to think about that…

Can I guess? Lettuce, carrots and kale probably came to mind, right?

I mean, you’re right to some extent because I do eat those three things pretty much every day but that’s not ALL I eat. I don’t eat meat, dairy and eggs, correct, but that doesn’t mean I don’t munch on the substitutes.  I’m going to do a post later on this month on my favourite quick vegan meals but, to be honest with you, I use the same ingredients every day and get a totally different outcome. I don’t think I’ve ever made the same meal that’s tasted exactly the same…

At the end of the day, would you eat chicken without any herbs, spices or sauces on it? I’m going to say the answer is probably no. And, guess what, those herbs and spices are all vegan.

With that being said, I thought I’d give you a quick tour of my fridge because I’m super nosey and love watching YouTube videos of what people buy in their weekly shop.
